Ingredients

  • 4 shiitake mushrooms, soaked
  • 10g golden needles
  • 10g wan yee, soaked
  • 10 red dates
  • 10 gingko
  • 10 pcs fried bean curd
  • 10 pcs tofu pok
  • 5 slices ginger
  • 100g cabbage
  • 30g suhoon
  • 10 pcs fermented soybean curd, mashed
  • 10g fatt choy, soaked
  • 1.5 litres water

Method

  • Put all the ingredients into the stainless steel inner pot of the Noxxa Low Sugar Rice Cooker.
  • Select the Slow Cook function and set the cooking time for 12 hours.
  • Ready to serve.
