Avocado Smoothie



Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 scoop Nutrilite Soy Protein Drink
  • 1 cup ice
  • Honey (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)

Method

  1. Blend the avocado, milk, soy protein and ice in a blender.
  2. Add honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
  3. For a pretty look and a hint of chocolate flavour, use a spoon to decorate the inside of your glass with chocolate syrup before pouring in the smoothie.
