Banana Buzz Chocolate Smoothie


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 scoops (24.2g) Nutrilite Soy Protein Powder Mixed (Chocolate)
  • 2 tbsp low-fat yoghurt
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
  • ½ cup ice

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 20 – 30 seconds or till you achieve a smooth texture.
  2. Pour into a cup, sprinkle some chocolate powder on top & enjoy!

Tip: To make your drink more chocolate-based, add 1x pouch BodyKey Meal Replacement Shake (Chocolate). If the smoothie is too thick, add more water.
