Of course, you’ll still want to prepare dishes with your personal touch. The QuickControl Dial allows you to set the temperature from as low as 40°C all the way up to 200°C. You can also adjust the cooking time for up to 60 minutes. In addition, the Keep Warm Function retains heat for up to 30 minutes.

Chicken Legs With Asian Glaze

Temperature: 180°C
Cooking time: 21 minutes

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
10g butter
0.5 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon honey
2 whole chicken legs
0.5 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
5g curly-leaf parsley
Method
  1. In a pan on the stove, reduce the balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Stir in the butter, hot pepper sauce and honey. The result is a thick glaze.
  2. Drizzle some olive oil on the bottom of the chicken legs and place them into the basket of the Airfryer. Brush the glaze on top of the chicken. Start the Airfryer at 180°C and cook for 6 minutes.
  3. After 6 minutes, open the drawer of the Airfryer and brush another layer of the glaze on top. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the chicken. Continue to grill the chicken for another 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley. When the chicken is ready, serve with parsley sprinkled on top.

Quick Chocolate Cookies

Temperature: 170°C
Cooking time: 7 minutes

Ingredients:
100g all-purpose flour
10g cocoa powder
40g sugar
1 pinch of salt
0.5 teaspoon baking powder
30g butter
1 egg
30g cashew nuts
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients, except for the cashew nuts, and knead the dough with your hands until smooth.
  2. Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper until it is 4mm thick, then cut out with your desired cookie cutter.
  3. Rinse and finely chop the cashew nuts. Sprinkle the slightly damp chopped nuts onto the cookies and press down gently with the palm of your hand.
  4. Place the cookies into the basket of the Airfryer and bake at 170°C for 7 minutes. Bake the rest of the cookies in several batches.
