Ingredients (for 1 serving):
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • ¼ cup low-fat milk
  • ¾ cup non-fat Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 2 scoops Nutrilite Soy Protein Drink
  • 1 stick pack Nutrilite Botanical Beverage Mix Chicory Root Extract with Probiotics
  • 1 stick pack Nutrilite Mixed Fiber Powder

Recipe 2: Banana Buzz Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients (for 1 serving):
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup white/milk/dark chocolate (as desired)
  • 2 tbsp non-fat Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
