Lettuce Wraps With Assorted Vegetables



Ingredients:

  • 75g lettuce (4-5 leaves, scissor-cut to cup shape)
  • 60g leek flowers
  • 50g dried bean curd
  • 20g mushrooms
  • 25g fresh bamboo shoots
  • 7g basil
  • 2g minced garlic
  • 15ml Plant To Table White Chia Seed Oil
  • 4ml soy sauce
  • 1g sugar
  • 1g white pepper powder

Method:

  1. Dice the dried bean curd, mushrooms and fresh bamboo shoots to 1cm cubes. Mince the leek flowers and basil.
  2. Stir-fry the diced dried bean curd in a heated work with 5ml of white chia seed oil until fragrant, then set aside.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic with another 10ml of white chia seed oil, then stir fry the mushrooms, fresh bamboo shoots and leek flowers for one minute. Continue to add the dried bean curd and stir-fry.
  4. Season the assorted vegetables with soy sauce and sugar, add minced basil and keep stir-frying until fragrant. Season with white pepper powder then transfer to a plate as wrap filling.
  5. Wrap a spoon of filling with one lettuce cup at a time to enjoy.
