Muesli Granola Bar



Ingredients:

  • 60g Plant To Table by Nutrilite Organic Muesli
  • 100g pumpkin seeds
  • 100g almond
  • 100g cashew nuts
  • 100g mix of dried cranberries and raisins
  • 60g mix of chia seeds, sesame seeds and flaxseeds
  • ¼ cup Nutrilite White Chia Seed Oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup peanut butter (smooth)

Method:

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Whisk all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl until well incorporated and set aside.
  3. Mix the seeds, nuts and dried fruits in a large bowl. Then, combine with the wet ingredients (from Step 2).
  4. Using a spatula, stir and fold the mixture well. Next, add the muesli into the mixture and mix again until even.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the baking tray and flatten. Press it firmly into a tightly packed layer.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or freeze for firmer bars).
  7. Once the mixture has set, slice it into bars and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes or until completely firm. Enjoy!
