Neapolitan Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp BodyKey Organic Chia Seed
  • 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup milk

First layer:

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Second layer:

  • 1 sachet BodyKey Meal Replacement Shake (Chocolate)
  • 2 tsp organic cocoa powder

Third layer:

  • 1 sachet Nutrilite Cranberry Fruit Drink Base With Probiotic, Inulin & FOS
  • A few drops of Vergold Pink Guava Fruit Drink Base
  • Strawberry puree (alternative: BodyKey Meal Replacement Shake (Berry))

Toppings

  • Banana slices
  • Vergold Granola Mix Seeds & Cranberry

Method

  1. Soak the oats and BodyKey Organic Chia Seed in Greek yoghurt and milk.
  2. Leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours (overnight is better).
  3. Divide the mixture into 3 portions and mix with the different ingredients for each separate layer as listed above.
  4. In a jar or cup, add the first layer and top with banana slices.
  5. Add the second layer and add more banana slices.
  6. Add the third layer and garnish with Vergold Granola Mix Seeds & Cranberry.
