Soy Protein Mixed Berries Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of instant oats/rolled oats
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Nutrilite Soy Protein Drink (Mixed Berries Flavour)

Method

  1. Pulse the oats in the Philips Food Processor 7000 Series until you get a fine texture.
  2. Mix in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Lightly grease a frying pan (can use vegetable oil or butter).
  4. Pour about ¼ cup of the batter into the frying pan on medium heat.
  5. Wait till small bubbles form on the surface before flipping over the pancake.
  6. Cook until golden brown.
