Udon-Style Spaghetti in Soup

Ingredients (for 1 persons):

  • 100g spaghetti
  • 1L water
  • 5ml Plant To Table by Nutrilite White Chia Seed Oil
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 50ml noodle soup base
  • 2cm Japanese white radish, peeled
  • 4ml ponzu sauce
  • Green shiso leaves, shredded

Method:

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water as per instructed time on packet to al dente.
  2. Grate the peeled white radish, then gently press the grated radish to squeeze out some liquid. Set aside the grated radish.
  3. Drain the cooked spaghetti. Add the White Chia Seed Oil and mix well.
  4. Transfer the spaghetti to a plate and pour in the noodle soup base. Then, sprinkle with chia seeds and put the grated radish on top.
  5. Further season with ponzu sauce and garnish with shredded green shiso leaves. Ready to serve!
