Daun Kesum Cheese Biscuits


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Nutrilite Soy Protein Drink
  • 1 scoop Nutrilite Soy Protein Powder Mixed (Green Tea)
  • 70g plain flour
  • 50g butter
  • 50g grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp blue poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp daun kesum, finely chopped
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of paprika
  • 1½ tbs water

METHOD

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor and pulse until breadcrumbs form.
  2. Add in water and pulse again until dough forms.
  3. Remove and wrap the dough with a cling wrap. Roll the dough flat into a square and chill.
  4. Then cut the dough into squares and bake in a preheated oven at 160ºC for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Leave it to cool and store. Savour at breakfast or during tea time.
