Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl



Ingredients:

  • ½ dragon fruit, frozen and cut into cubes
  • 1 scoop Nutrilite Soy Protein Drink
  • 1 sachet BodyKey Meal Replacement Shake (Berry)
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 300ml water

Topping: 

  • Nuts
  • Dried fruit
  • Dark chocolate

Method: 

  1. Blend the dragon fruit, soy protein, meal replacement shake, oats and water in a blender.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Garnish with nuts, dried fruit and dark chocolate.
