Nasi Impit

Ingredients:

2 cups rice
3-4 pandan leaves (tied in a knot)
Water

Method:

Wash the rice and put it into the ceramic strainer in the inner pot of the Noxxa Low Sugar Rice Cooker.
Add water until the water level is 8mm above the rice surface. Add pandan leaves and close the lid.
Press the MENU button to select the LOW SUGAR WHITE RICE function and press START.
When the time is up, press the KEEP WARM|CANCEL button.
Take out the hot rice and put it into a container. Press the rice until it is flat and compressed.
Let it cool completely before cutting.
