Protein Lepat Pisang


INGREDIENTS

  • 300g peeled bananas
  • 1 scoop Nutrilite Soy Protein Drink
  • 60g grated coconut
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs castor sugar
  • 50g plain flour
  • Banana leaves – cut into 8” squares
  • Pandan leaves – cut into 1” lengths

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a banana leaf. Then, place a pandan leaf on top of the mixture and fold up the banana leaf firmly.
  3. Arrange in a steamer and steam on high heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove and leave it to cool before serving.

Tip: Soften banana leaf by running it over low flame and it will be easier to fold.
